As part of this year’s Valentine’s Day special offers, online marketplace IfOnly has partnered with 21 prominent American chefs to create a box of bespoke chocolates that represent their unique culinary talents
Participating chefs include José Andrés (milk chocolate with Haitian rum and carmamel), Michael Mina (caramelized milk chocolate with dark chocolate and grey sea salt), Jonathan Waxman (milk chocolate with crispy hazelnut and Laphroaig whisky), Traci Des Jardins (dark chocolate with single origin cacao), and several others.
Each chocolate was sourced from non-GMO producers, and all companies involved are recognized for paying their farmers fairly.
The 21-Piece Constellation Chocolate Collection is available for $75 and will begin shipping Monday, February 9.
A portion of the proceeds will benefit the James Beard Foundation.
