RECIPE PREPARATION Canapes with black caviar, red caviar and smoked salmon:

Prepare the bread, cut the core into cookie cutters, then put them in the oven until they dry easily.

We grease them with butter, over which we will put black caviar, tomatoes and smoked salmon (the butter takes them from the salt, because they are a bit salty)

We place them nicely on a plate and serve. (I honestly didn't like them: D)


Bruschettas with salmon and caviar

Method of preparation:

Cut the baguette into slices of the same thickness, which are sprinkled with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake for 8-10 minutes.

After they have browned nicely, some of them are greased with a generous layer of caviar salad and the others with black caviar.

The bruschettas are decorated to your liking with pieces of smoked Scottish salmon, lemon slices, lettuce, onions and dill.

Typical Spanish appetizer recipes

International cuisine is a permanent source of inspiration to create and adapt new recipes. Depending on your favorite tastes and ingredients, they will always have a discreet exotic touch, which places them in the top of many customers' preferences.

For this week, I chose two recipes with flavor and color, via Spain. These are recipes for appetizers that are seemingly simple, but effective, by combining tastes and flavors.

Mini cheeses with blue cheese

  • 100 gr mushrooms
  • 100 gr blue cheese
  • 300 gr sour cream for cooking
  • Salt, pepper, olive oil
  • Black / red caviar
  • Tart baskets

Finely chop the mushrooms and fry in a little oil until all the water evaporates from them. Then add the sour cream and spices. The crushed blue cheese follows and we continue to mix until everything becomes pasty. Leave to cool, then fill the baskets and decorate with black / red caviar, for an appetizing visual contrast.

Salmon mini sandwiches - four combinations

We need slices of toastless bread, cut into four squares or four triangles (you can also use slices of toast). To these are added the following ingredients:


  • 4 slices of wholemeal bread
  • a small jar of red caviar (from Manchuria)
  • butter
  • olive
  • 3-4 slices of smoked salmon (optional)

Cut the crust into slices of bread and set aside. Cut the core into various shapes (according to preference): square, round, triangular. You can toast the pieces of bread for sandwiches, but it is not mandatory.

Grease the bread crumbs with very little butter, add a slice of salmon on top (optional) and sprinkle a few red caviar grains. Decorate them with the olive pieces and place them on a plate.
