Ingredient:

4 eggs
1/2 kg of cherries
200 g raisins


Preparation:
Mix the cheese with the yogurt, eggs, pudding powder, vanilla and sugar until a paste is obtained.

Add the raisins and incorporate them into the composition

Pour the composition into a pan greased with butter

on top, place the cherries (without seeds), drained of juice
Bake in the preheated oven for about an hour.

Serve hot or cold, sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Method of preparation:
Dough:
Put all the ingredients in a bowl, starting with flour, sugar, egg, baking powder quenched with vinegar, vanilla sugar and incorporate the milk and oil, mixing gently with a pear-shaped towel. A dough with the consistency of a thicker cream is obtained.

In a higher tray, greased and lined with flour, pour half of this composition.
Filling:
Remove the cherries and squeeze a little juice, then mix with 1/2 cup sugar. Distribute evenly over the dough in the pan, put semolina on top in the rain.
Mix the cottage cheese with the remaining sugar, egg and raisins. Distribute evenly over the cherries.
Pour the rest of the dough.
Put in the hot oven, over medium heat, about 30-40 minutes (depending on the oven).

Remove from the oven, leave to cool, then powder with sugar. Cut into pieces and garnish with a cherry.


How to prepare cherry pie

It's best to start with cherries. They are washed, cleaned and pitted. Put it in a pot and add the sugar and stir over low heat until it leaves a little juice. The mixture is boiled until it decreases. Add cinnamon powder (or even a teaspoon). I put more because we like it very much. The preparation procedure is the same as in baskets with cherries and walnuts. After the composition has dropped enough, leave to cool. It should be like a thinner jam.

Dough for the cherry pie

For the dough, mix the yeast with the sugar, dilute it with the milk. Then add the rest of the ingredients, finally, gradually the flour. The dough will be soft, it will come off the walls of the bowl. Do not leave to rise, just a little, until we prepare the filling and the worktop.
